Skills and Experience

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
• Recent experience in ICU essential
• Strong clinical assessment, decision-making, and escalation skills
• Competence in medication administration and patient care planning
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and education
